BAIBU Chemical Engineering Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs were opened in the spring of 2021, and the first student admission will take place in the 2021-2022 academic year.
Chemical engineering includes the design, manufacture, development, operation, conversion and management of industrial processes that transform raw materials into valuable products. For example, the food and beverages we consume and the clothes we need, the energy we use and the drugs we take depend on the technical knowledge and skills of chemical engineers. Chemical engineers carry out the safe production and further development of these products while managing resources and protecting the environment.
For these reasons, BAIBU Chemical Engineering education programs are:
- natural sciences (such as chemistry and physics),
- life sciences (such as biology, microbiology and biochemistry),

In addition to its basic principles and approaches,

Our programs will be given by expert teaching staff in facilities in accordance with the standards of accreditation units (ABET and MÜDEK). This means that in addition to our close relations with the industry, we have a staff of highly trained and professional Chemical Engineers.
Our courses are taught by experts supported by well-equipped facilities. The department is located in the recently constructed Faculty of Engineering building alongside modern computing facilities with teaching spaces and virtual learning rooms.
